Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using any of our services. By subscribing or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.

Note: In these Terms, references to 'you', 'your’, ‘user' are to the end user accessing the website, while 'we', 'us', 'our', 'Company' refer to Induscraft, a division of Arihant Art Innovations.

General

Induscraft.com is an e-commerce portal, owned and operated by Arihant Art Innovations. Use of this website is offered to you conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, and notices set forth below, without modification.

Product Policy

The images of products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Actual products may vary due to factors like lighting, craftsmanship, and the natural variations in materials used. Our solid wood products may incorporate other materials like MDF or metal based on design requirements.

Services

Induscraft.com provides an online platform for selling home furnishings and decor. When you place an order, it is subject to acceptance by the Company and availability of the goods.

Eligibility to Use

Our services are available only to, and may only be used by individuals who are 18 years and older who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that all registration information you submit is accurate and truthful.

User Account, Password, and Security

You must register an account to access services provided by Induscraft.com. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

Product and Pricing Information

We strive to provide accurate product and pricing information, but pricing or typographical errors may occur. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, Induscraft shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product.

User Obligations

You agree to use the website and the services provided through or in connection with the website only for lawful purposes. You must not use the website for any unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

Intellectual Property Rights

The website and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Induscraft, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability

Induscraft makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the website or the information, content, materials, products or services included on or otherwise made available to you through the website, unless otherwise specified in writing.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Induscraft, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers and any third party information providers to the service from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of this Agreement (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the service.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within India.

Termination

Induscraft reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the website and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice.

36 Months Warranty

Induscraft products come with a 36-month warranty against any manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damages due to the product's misuse or loss from accidents or natural calamities.

Return and Refunds - Induscraft

How to Cancel an Item Purchased on Induscraft?

  • Cancellation in Case of Damage:

    • If you receive a damaged or defective product, immediately notify the delivery personnel at the time of delivery.
    • Raise a ticket at our help center to formally report the issue.
    • Damage will be assessed within 72 hours, and appropriate measures such as a return, replacement, or other corrective actions will be determined by Induscraft.

  • Cancellation in Case of Wrong Product:

    • If the product delivered does not match your original order specifications, immediately report the issue and raise a ticket at the help center.

  • Cancellation in Case of Change in Requirement/Mind:

    • You can cancel your order for any product within 24 hours of placing it. If the product has not been shipped or is not in production, a full refund will be issued to your Induscraft account. Cancellations post the 24-hour window will not be entertained.

  • Cancellation for Fragile Products:

    • For fragile items, it is recommended to provide an unboxing video to support claims of damage or defect.

Return & Refund:

If you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed under the following guidelines:

  • All refunds and replacements begin after the cancelled items are picked up from your premises.
  • Once the products are received back at our warehouse, refunds will be initiated within 2-3 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment or through NEFT or cash.
  • Processing charges may be deducted depending on the circumstances of the order.

Warranties:

Induscraft products are backed by a 36-month warranty covering manufacturing and workmanship defects that occur during normal household use. This warranty is valid from the date of purchase as specified on your receipt.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear over prolonged use.
  • Damage due to improper cleaning methods or impacts/accidents.
  • Incorrect installation or assembly performed by the customer.
  • Damage from using the furniture inappropriately, or cleaning with incorrect products.
  • Natural changes to wood such as cracks due to displacement or decay from water exposure.
  • Joint lines or wood grains related to the natural characteristics of wood.
  • Variations up to 2 inches in furniture dimensions which are a normal occurrence due to the materials and manufacturing processes.

Note: The warranty will be void if the furniture is moved from its original delivery location or if any repairs or modifications are made by unauthorized third parties.

Warranty Claims:

  • To address any warranty issues, raise a ticket through the Help Center, and our team will assist you promptly.

Delivery:

  • Our delivery and support teams coordinate with you to ensure a smooth installation process.
  • Free delivery applies only to the first delivery attempt. Additional charges apply for subsequent delivery attempts.
  • Products are delivered to the ground floor unless there is an accessible service lift.
  • Weekend or specific time deliveries may incur extra charges.

If your product remains uncollected at the nearest delivery center beyond 10 days, Induscraft reserves the right to charge for prolonged holding of the product.

 

Payment Policy - Induscraft

Overview

When using any of the payment methods available on the Induscraft website for your purchases, please note that Induscraft is not responsible or liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to you due to the following reasons:

  • Lack of authorization for any transaction(s).
  • Exceeding the preset limit mutually agreed upon between you and your "Bank(s)".
  • Any payment issues arising out of the transaction.
  • Decline of transaction for any other reason(s).

Acceptable Forms of Payment

Induscraft accepts all major forms of electronic payment methods including:

  • Credit/Debit cards
  • EMIs (Equated Monthly Installments)
  • Third-party payment services

All payments made against purchases/services by you on the website must be in Indian National Rupees (INR), which is the only accepted currency on the website.

Payment Processing

  • Credit/Debit Cards and Other Payment Instruments: All valid cards and other payment instruments are processed using a secure payment gateway that complies with the rules and guidelines set by various banks and card issuers. Induscraft does not store your card information at any point.

  • Online Bank Transfers: Payments through online bank transfers are processed using the gateway provided by the respective issuing bank that supports the payment facility to offer these services to users. The terms and conditions agreed upon between you and the issuing bank govern these transactions.

No Hidden Fees

There are no hidden fees on purchases made on Induscraft. All applicable government taxes on the coupon discounts are borne by us, ensuring transparency in your shopping experience. Shipping and handling fees are also not charged separately unless specified otherwise.

As a customer, when you initiate a transaction, you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable contract with Induscraft to purchase the products using our payment facilities. You are obligated to complete the transaction by paying the price through your issuing bank.

This policy ensures that both parties, Induscraft and the customer, have a clear understanding of the expectations and responsibilities regarding payment transactions on the website.
