How to Cancel an Item Purchased on Induscraft?

  • Cancellation in Case of Damage:

    • If you receive a damaged or defective product, immediately notify the delivery personnel at the time of delivery.
    • Raise a ticket at our help center to formally report the issue.
    • Damage will be assessed within 72 hours, and appropriate measures such as a return, replacement, or other corrective actions will be determined by Induscraft.
  • Cancellation in Case of Wrong Product:

    • If the product delivered does not match your original order specifications, immediately report the issue and raise a ticket at the help center.
  • Cancellation in Case of Change in Requirement/Mind:

    • You can cancel your order for any product within 24 hours of placing it. If the product has not been shipped or is not in production, a full refund will be issued to your Induscraft account. Cancellations post the 24-hour window will not be entertained.
  • Cancellation for Fragile Products:

    • For fragile items, it is recommended to provide an unboxing video to support claims of damage or defect.

Return & Refund:

If you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed under the following guidelines:

  • All refunds and replacements begin after the cancelled items are picked up from your premises.
  • Once the products are received back at our warehouse, refunds will be initiated within 2-3 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment or through NEFT or cash.
  • Processing charges may be deducted depending on the circumstances of the order.

Warranties:

Induscraft products are backed by a 36-month warranty covering manufacturing and workmanship defects that occur during normal household use. This warranty is valid from the date of purchase as specified on your receipt.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear over prolonged use.
  • Damage due to improper cleaning methods or impacts/accidents.
  • Incorrect installation or assembly performed by the customer.
  • Damage from using the furniture inappropriately, or cleaning with incorrect products.
  • Natural changes to wood such as cracks due to displacement or decay from water exposure.
  • Joint lines or wood grains related to the natural characteristics of wood.
  • Variations up to 2 inches in furniture dimensions which are a normal occurrence due to the materials and manufacturing processes.

Note: The warranty will be void if the furniture is moved from its original delivery location or if any repairs or modifications are made by unauthorized third parties.

Warranty Claims:

  • To address any warranty issues, raise a ticket through the Help Center, and our team will assist you promptly.

Delivery:

  • Our delivery and support teams coordinate with you to ensure a smooth installation process.
  • Free delivery applies only to the first delivery attempt. Additional charges apply for subsequent delivery attempts.
  • Products are delivered to the ground floor unless there is an accessible service lift.
  • Weekend or specific time deliveries may incur extra charges.

If your product remains uncollected at the nearest delivery center beyond 10 days, Induscraft reserves the right to charge for prolonged holding of the product.
